Abstract

The problem statement presented is to "study the relation between the educational motivation of teachers and the satisfaction of the work". In the study presented, the following objectives have been studied: To study the relationship between the educational motivation of teachers and the content of work satisfaction. In the study presented, there is no relation between the educational motivation of teachers and the content of work satisfaction for testing the following null hypothesis. In the study presented, the correlative survey method has been used under descriptive research. As a population, teachers have been considered as teachers at the pre-secondary, secondary and higher secondary level located in Prayagraj district. As a Nyasadhar, 100 teachers teaching at the pre-secondary, secondary and higher secondary level in Prayagraj district have been selected by simple random method. The construction and certification of the Educational Motivation Scale of Teachers is created and standardized by Dr. KS Mishra and Dr. Prateek Upadhyay, and the teacher work Santosh Measured by Prof. SP Gupta and JP Srivastava. In the presented study, statistics analysis and product coefficient correlation coefficient statistics methods have been used. The findings of the study found that there is a positive relationship between teachers' academic motivation and work satisfaction, salaries and other benefits, interpersonal relationships among peers, teacher-principal relationship, achievement, community outlook, supervision, family life and identity and status. Educational Motives and Functions of Teachers The dimensions of satisfaction Business, Teacher-Student Relations, Educational Institutions, Situations, Workload, Utilization of Qualities, Activity, Independence, Policies and Practice, Potential for Growth and Development, Library Policy and Practice and Safety Between Is not related.
