Abstract

Indian scholars have considered the aim of the epic to be the attainment of the quadruple fruit - religion, meaning, work and salvation. Under which, all the wishes, desires and objectives of a man's life are transformed. The aim of the epic is to unfurl the victory of humanity, destruction of fortunes and evils, victory of truth over untruth and victory of justice over injustice, pave the way for public welfare.
