Abstract

Naxalism is the unofficial name of the movement of communist revolutionaries which has arisen as a result of the Indian communist movement. Naxal violence in India started in the year 1967 from a Naxalite village in Darjeeling district in West Bengal. Most of the Naxalism in India is based on Maoist ideologies. Through this, they want to overthrow the existing system of governance and want to bring a people's government through constant war. In India, where the leftist movement was influenced by the former Soviet Union, today's Maoism is influenced by China. These existing Maoists are in favor of forming a parallel government on the strength of violence and force. Also consider any kind of violence justified for their own purposes. In the presented research paper, Naxal problem and solution in tribal areas has been discussed.
